Your cookie choice

When you first visit, a banner asks whether you accept cookies. Google Analytics, the Reddit Pixel and our newsletter sign-up form (Beehiiv) are loaded only after you click Accept. Nothing from them is loaded before you choose or if you click Reject. We store your choice in a first-party cookie (cookie-policy, 12 months).

You can change your choice at any time with Cookie settings in the footer of every page. If you withdraw consent, we delete the Google Analytics and Reddit cookies set on our domain and reload the page so these tools stop running.

Google Analytics 4

With your consent we use Google Analytics 4, provided by Google Ireland Limited and Google LLC, to understand how the website is used, for example which pages are visited, the approximate location, device and browser. It sets first-party cookies (_ga and _ga_S807JTKYXD), which Google sets to expire after up to 2 years. Data may be processed in the United States. Legal basis: your consent.

Reddit Pixel

With your consent we use the Reddit Pixel, provided by Reddit, Inc., to measure the effectiveness of our advertising on Reddit. It sends:

  • a page visit event when you view a page, and
  • a single lead event only after you have successfully booked a call with us (see below).

These events contain a pseudonymous identifier stored in a first-party cookie (_rdt_uuid, 90 days), the address of the page, screen size and technical browser information. Reddit also receives your IP address and browser user agent. We do not send your name, email address or phone number, and we do not use Reddit's advanced matching, enhanced metadata sharing or Conversions API. Data may be processed in the United States. Legal basis: your consent. See Reddit's Privacy Policy.

Booking a call

When you book a call on our booking page, we use the details you enter (first name, last name, email address and, if you choose, your company and what you would like to discuss) together with the time you pick to create the appointment in our Google Calendar, add a Google Meet link and send you a calendar invitation by email. This is provided by Google Ireland Limited and Google LLC, and data may be processed in the United States. Legal basis: steps taken at your request before entering into a contract, and our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries.

We keep the appointment for as long as needed to hold the call and follow up on it. Booking does not depend on your cookie choice; only the Reddit lead event described above requires your consent.
